I app**** for I paid on 1 March till today no installation has been done no router was delivered the only thing they tell is that they will escalate the matter and investigate but nothing till today all I get is apologies and empty promises now to my surprise when I tell them that I want my money back they tell me to send them 3 months bank statement.confirmation letter from the bank and proof of address to the it's when I can get my money back so I would like to ask if is there anything like that thanks Vuyiswa
