I app**** for fibre I paid on the 1march but till today no technician came for installation then to my surprise im told that there's someone else whose using the same line under my name of which I don't understand how because I didn't get a router no technician came for installation so how then after they tell me that if I don't pay my subscription will be suspended yet I didn't receive any service from them and when I try to get hold of them they will give me empty promises to get this matter resolved but it does seem like that they are *********** and they must be accountable and deal with this matter ASAP because I'm tired of their behavior towards me thanks Vuyiswa
