REFUND OF MY MONEY

Good day.Can you please tell me why you guys are running a company and cant get back to people. I have been struggling on this stupid chat and wait for hours for someone to respond.When someone does respond they tell me u will be directed to the correct department.CAN SOMEONE JUST CALL BACK!!!! Fulfillment in the refund department just call me back as Sadv canceled my Wifi then they had to create a new order and I had to pay again.Contact me back !!!!!!
