REFUND ISSUES

I've requested a refunded since February this year up until now i haven't received anything, Their finance department does not reply to mails, i gave them all necessary documents they requested from me. clearly the company **** people money. i've been told that the money will be in my account within 17 working days but that never happened and it is September already. i wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up with this company it is difficult to get refunded from this people after taking your money without getting any service from them.
