Refund
I paid my bill for October online and I still got debited the amount on the 1st of October. I have been chasing for my refund but have been ignored. Truly disgusting service! I want to cancel ASAP!

I hope you well .Your request for refund has been processed .Please note that debit orders are sent to the bank on the 30th-31st of every month .EFT and online payments must be made before the 30th - 31st to stop the debit order from running .
I have however escalated ticket SA048520 to our accounts for assistance
