REFUND

My name is Tumelo Kubheka and I have paid for my services on the (13/04/2023) but I am still not connected.

My account its under Web Africa, field agent Mdu gave me a wrong easy pay reference number which then landed my payment under SADV When I queried about the payment to be located from SADV to WEB AFRICA i waa advised to send bank confirmation and proof of payment which i did on the 25th of April for the refund to be processed and I was advised that the turn around time for refund to be paid is 5-10 days. I never received any confirmation that ny email was received or that refund is being processed. I have then sent multiple emails requesting for feedback but noting no response. When I chat on WhatsApp i get the same response all the time that they are looking at my query and they will provide feedback but nothing comes after that. And it's the same thing all the time. I NEED MY REFUND BACK. No customer service at all, it's very pathetic to be asked one thing over and over again with no assistance.
