Refund

Hi someone tell me what to do .. this compamy ****** us.. I paid R439 for installation that was suppose to the done after payment on the 23rd of April by CB Baatjies ABSA account, they said it will take 3 to 7 business days. So i waited no communication from them i had to keep asking them on whats happening ..or sending messages to ask what was the problem. They sent me a message saying our area is a high risk(Umlazi) so no technician are allowed to come.. I then ask for my refund.. and till now no refund all i get is bad service ..repeating the same agent and explaining my situation over and over!! and wanting my personal banking details. I have showed them a proof of payment on bank statement..now they want proof of account and my Id copy..? I can not hand over all my personal banking details especially to untrusted company who robbs people for money like this.. I want my refund paid to the same account that i used.. is this too much to ask? I want my money back!!
