Refund

The worst customer service. They have no consideration whatsoever for their clients. They debited 12k from my account, which they claimed was a mistake after I contacted them about it. I have been trying to get my refund for over 2 months now with no luck. They reply with automated emails and their call centre agents are not helpful.
