Refund

Not happy with SADV....on the 29 January 2014 they deducted R400 from my Capitec account that was meant for my Vuma wifi....but that money never went to Vuma. After many attempts of getting my money back....some lady called Antonette Radine called me around March asking me for documents so that I can get the refund. I submitted all the documents to her and she confirmed that she received them but until this day I never received my R400. I've sent her countless emails but no response.
