RE: Unattended order

I have been waiting since 27th to Have my line installed provisioned. Atish Bagwath has been lying to me about contracters fixing the main box since the 31st and all of your agents keep pronising a call back and it will ne easter and pass before i get one. Today is the 10th and no call, text or mail updating me. Pathetic service delivery.

Hi Frans, unfortunately, Atish is not lying to you - there have been issues with the cabinet in your area due to vandalism. An installation works as follows: we go out and install your home and then link that fibre cable to the cabinet and patch your fibre into an active port within the cabinet and you will have active services. However, the cabinet was vandalised and we could not gain access to it. We then got a quote for somebody to go out and fix the cabinet and upon payment, they went out on Friday to resolve, but had further issues. Eventually, they went out today and have drilled the lock out. Atish did confirm that his team has kept you in the loop and are working as quickly as they can, to get all customers up and running. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

FK

Hi

This is a lie. First it took a week plus to get someone to do the work. There is no one that has been keeping me in the loop. Do you want me to paste my email and calls correspondence ? Even today there has been no communicatiom from him or his team on whether this is done or not. Please dont lie, i am the one that has been calling and sending mails. You do not get a rating of less than 2 for nothing. Unless i was bored and decided to just write a bad review about your business. Today i had to threaten him about sending your ceo a mail, see if he even cared to respond. Just tell me when they will fix the line instead of trying to reason with me. When will the vandalised box be fixed????????????simple.

And will the line be provisioned today? Being fixed and fixed is two different things and there is still provisioning that needs to be done.

No one called to let me know this, how does a maintenance company fight with a door for more than a week? And you claim they have been notifying me about progress!! !!! Your reaponse the cabinet door is being fixed today was just a comment to keep me quite????

Hi Frans, please note that the cabinet was opened yesterday. Our contractor is on site until six this evening, to patch all customers that were affected by this delay, including yourself. Apologies, once again, for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

FK

Hi Again

Its ok to say apologies for inconvenience. Timelines or ETA do not apply in your company. Your customers must always wait for when you have the time to get to our challenges. You have not commented on below which i mentioned and you argued against:
- no reverts or updates provided by your teams.
- the team drilled out the lock according to your message above on the 10th, what were they doing yesterday if they were not patching us as customers up?
You are quick to revert and back your teams up and no service delivery. Arrogance/ignorance will be your downfall eventually. Continue to disregard us as customers you will reap the rewards.

Hi Frans, as mentioned, the teams were on site on the tenth to resolve the issue at the cabinet. However, that was a lock specialized company on site and they managed to get the cabinet open. They returned yesterday to replace the locks, to avoid this issue for further installations. Our contractors are now on site patching. We are sorry to hear that you were not updated by the scheduling team and this is something we have pass on to management to address. We understand your frustration and have been working with all relevant parties to get the site ready for patching ASAP and we are at that point now.

Best regards,

FK
