****py service. Stay away.

The ****piest service I have ever gotten anywhere. Most of the service agents are very unhelpful. Spent over 24 hours without the internet because they didn’t understand what the issue was. Waited a day for them to call back to nothing. I ended up calling and a new service agent advised that I had ran out of data.

A month before I had almost a similar issue and one of their agents advised that they will be calling me in 30 minutes to fix my issue. 40 minutes later I called back and found out that rather than assisting me and making me wait the agent decided to go for lunch.
