I am now fed up with their unstable internet connection which is now worse than eskom loadshedding shedule. Each time you log a call with them, you are never updated on what is going on and sometimes go for over 6 hours without any internet. The support guys are so useless and clueless, all they tell you is that technicians are onsite and working on it. They will not tell you what the issue is and what the ETA is. They really do not care and will not even provide details of their customer services manager, which is surprising to say the least
