Poor technical service
I am very disappointed in the technical team of SADV. I haven’t had internet for 24hours now and when I call the support contact centre , I’m told I have to wait 48 to 72 hours! This is unacceptable. Can you guys send the tech team to resolve this?

27 Nov 2019, 09:04Hi Sifiso, we only received your ticket logged after 6pm last night. As responded to you already on Twitter, we have escalated the issue and will have this resolved today. Which will be a resolution in under 24 hours since the ticket was logged.
