Poor speed

I am having the most terrible service with Sadv. The speed is so low yet I am paying the last package. They keep sending Vuma technicians while the problem is not the router but speed. I have reached out numerous times and the customer service is horrible. I will be looking for another ISP because I cannot pay for a service I can’t use.
