Poor service with installation lead time

Still waiting to be contacted regarding an installation date/time. My order was received on 11/02/2020 and to date no one has contacted me regarding installation (it is now over the installation lead time of 7-14 working days). Poor customer service! This slow service is now costing me money! I have emailed numerous times with no luck - empty promises of escalation to the relevant person
