Poor Service SADV

Up till now I have been happy with my SADV line, but suddenly they decided to dump their clients and because I was on a VIP free account I wasn't referred to the take over entity. The new entity says that they can't keep the terms I had with SADV. Now I am forced to look for alternatives with very little time and I wasn't prepared for that. Not a happy client at all.
