POOR SERVICE, NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM, THEIR CALL CENTRE IS USELESS🚮🚮🚮

I've had no internet for two whole days. When I call their support line, my calls keep on getting dropped. At some point yesterday I was on hold for over an hour and the voice thingie kept saying that I was first in line. My call inventually got dropped. I have also logged a support ticket on their website but no response. I'm can elling my subscription after this, this is really pathetic. I have to buy mobile data now to work at home whereas I am paying this company to provide internet.
