Poor service, no answers

I am struggling to get my username and password since I was assisted by one of the consultants. My router was installed a week ago and have been waiting to use the service. The call center calls never go through. I get cut off and the sales agent had promised she's escalating the matter and now she's avoiding me. The technical specialist promised to help and now ducking me. Is there a way to even get assistance? I am really disappointed with the service I am getting, it feels like the company is ******** me. I spent a lot of money queuing on the line with the call center and as soon as they say you next in line the line always cuts off.
