Poor service
They don’t care about you , signed up with them , internet coverage for only the first day thereafter no coverage yet they want me to give them a months notice for cancellation.

Please let us know what your ticket reference is as well as your address (complex and unit number or street number and name) as well as the name the order was placed under and we escalate this to our support team leaders. Major apologies for the lack of service you have recieved!

He referred me to your terms and conditions attached to where I should send a cancelation request , on the T& CS it does state either email address info@ supersonic.co.za or ***. I have all my Watsapp messages as well as email to your ‘Unattended Email’

Spoke to Paul again 27 03 2020@ 15:49 who advised that I should send another email to *** Reference number ***1822. He referred me to your terms and conditions attached to where I should send a cancelation request , on the T& CS it does state either email address info@ supersonic.co.za or ***. I have all my Watsapp messages as well as email to your ‘Unattended Email’
