Poor service

What a poor service we experienced form SADV, we have been experiencing network problems for the past 3 weeks now. We contacted Vumatel and they advised that we need to whatsapp SADV on ***, we have sent them messages on whatspp and they keep closing our chats advising that due to excessive delay the chat will be terminated. To date, we have not been assisted and they have also changed the payment date without communicating. We simple paying for a service that we not getting.
