Poor service

My service hasnt worked since it got installed. Its been two weeks. This has become such an inconvience because everytime i seek help SADV sends me to Vuma and Vuma send me back to the network provider. This has been the worst wifi services that i've ever paid for.

I am not getting any help or any resolution. All i need is for this nonsense to be removed from my wall and premises as its a constant reminder of the failed situation or you fix the mess
