Poor service

Poor service, I made a payment on the 3rd of April for services I never received. Everytime I do follow up they escalate the issue but no feedback, no one is willing to assist. I regret even paying my money and now it's so hard to refund it. I just want my money back. Ref SA468719. ***, ***
