Poor service
What kind of company has no technicians on a weekend??? This is ludicrous and outrageous, I have to wait till Monday for them to fix the fibre, even though my fibre has been off for four days. Rediculous!!!

08 Jan 2019, 08:55Hi Christine, just a courtesy message, since this issue would've been resolved already. We firstly, apologize for the service received. Just so you are aware, should there be any future issues, we do have technicians on standby over weekends, however, should we need to send a subcontractor out for a physical fibre issue, then that will only be done on the Monday. We hope that the service received from our team after the repair, was of a better standard.
