poor service

So Disappointed with the service . very poor. i have been awaiting for Busisiwe (Team leader) to call me back for over a week now. what's even worse there's no number to call this organization all they do is refer you to their WhatsApp line . which they respond to when they feel like it. I'm still awaiting for my refund 2 weeks later. so Much follow up being done on my side But Busisiwe is always galivanting.
