Poor service

I asked them to cancel a previous existing order 3 months ago. They didn't. Then they sent me a payment link for that very same address, no I'm not connected, they're not helpful in moving the funds to the correct address. They don't have a call centre to contact all they have is a WhatsApp line that is useless. They provide poor service and they're systems of communication are not user friendly. I'm going to change my ISP.
