Poor Poor services

Probably the worst company to offer WiFi services to anyone. They are unreachable and unreliable. Its the fifth day now without wifi, no communication nothing from them. Their communication via whatsapp is the worst. You would swear that you didn't pay on time. I have tried reaching out to them on all their social media platform but got no response. There's no number to call or any agent to talk to. They will reply to your whatsapp message at 2am, khowing fully well that you are asleep at that time. I just want my refund and to cancel their services. I wouldn't recommend to anyone
