Poor poor poor

The service is so poor, *********** agents, I have been trying to make payment for four days yet I'm getting an error on all platforms, the app, the link given is not going through, no one is trying to contact me. My card has not expired and funds are available, they just don't care. The WhatsApp they use is the worse one you send a query at 6PM they reply at 12 midnight while you sleeping and close the case and you have to start from scratch.
