Poor customer service from agents to finance department

I had the worst experience with this company. My order was processed in March 2023 and to this day, I haven't received anything. I paid for services that I never received. Even after numerous emails and WhatsApp texts, I was taken from pillar to post and never assisted. I requested for a refund but I am still waiting to this day 😔.
