Poor customer care serves done by SADV-VUMA FIBRE

I am a residence located in Mdantsane N.U17.I bought prepaid WIFI Package through SADV-Vuma .We had a connection problem and reported it a month back .I reported case to them through their robotic system on what's up no ***).😒 Their system response is always that they will call/send a technician for assistance. Since then, there is no feedback. Even today i tried to send them an e-mail through their website, requesting them to come and collect their device since it's of no use for it to keep.
