Poor connectivity and lack of customer service

I had my fibre installation done yesterday, and 24hrs later I am unable to connect to the wifi on my cellphone and the router is literally in the next room. I called and stayed on the line for over 40 minutes without an answer. Very sad that this is the type of service we are subject to when we are actually the ones keeping businesses open.
