Please can I get assistance on getting my money

SADV still today I'm the one who did the follow up and then they tell me that the pole is full. They will give me a rufund but they need my banking statements of 3 months but they failed to up date me I almost lost my job cause of them calling saying the are coming but the didn't not come lost more than what I paid now not going to work
