Please attend this matter
I’m reading reviews on how fast people received their routers after applying, I’ve since app**** online for my fibre connection on the 9th and I did not receive any confirmation or any feedback. I do have a existing sadv account in my apartment but now that I’ve moved to a house I was told I need to make a new registration of which I did but I still have no connection

14 Dec 2020, 17:18Hello, I did it today again for the 2ND TIME! I have prove of a call I made on the 9th that lasted 14 minutes where I spoke to one of your consultants before doing the application. I did it again because I’m not getting any response!
If you can’t provide me with fibre that I’ll be paying for then let me know so I can look elsewhere! If you check applications that where done on the 9th you will surely come across mine unless your system is poor!
Funny enough when I did the application AGAIN and signed the electronic form it already had my signature saved to show that it’s not my first time doing.

15 Dec 2020, 11:39I contacted the SADV team today once again and my application done on the 9th of Dec was confirmed to have been received by a consultant named Khubo (not sure of pronouncement) but now what’s frustrating me in that booking for installation has not been made the consultant is not sure when booking will be made. Other applicants don’t wait this long and next thing installers will be closing then I’ll be told to wait till next year.
Now what I need to know is that will I or not get my fibre installed by this week? So that I can start looking for other service providers.
