Pathetic Service, Zero Resolution, Account staff Incompetency
I have been calling and emailing your offices every single day this week and still no one can give me a resolution!
My account has been suspended supposedly due to non payment in October. I have sent proof that this money left my account on the first of October and no one has the decency to get back to me.
I want this to be escalated and actioned immediately, compensation for the week you have cut me off unprecedented and resolved immediately otherwise I WILL be cancelling my account with you due to pathetic service.
