PATHETIC SERVICE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
My wifi was disconnected and I made a manual payment yesterday afternoon as they were not able to deduct my payment nor could I do an online payment. It has been more than 24 hours since I have made the payment but I still have no wifi. I have called the call centre number and the number doesn't exist. I have whatsapped them and they don't respond, I have emailed them and still no response for 2 days. I still have no service and I need to work. It is affecting m,y productivity. PATHETIC SERVICE
