Pathetic service. Worst provider in South Africa!
Absolute pathetic service! I am on fibre for only a few months now and I already had to log 6 tickets for no connection. Same BS reason every-time... damaged fibre. How many times can a fibre break?? When it goes down, I have to wait a day or even more for them to fix.

10 Jan 2020, 08:10Good day Jacques, unfortunately, there were major faults on our backhaul provider's network in your area. Although they have managed to repair the majority of them, there was a final new fibre cable that needed to be changed this week. They should be done before the end of the week and all services will be restored, however, some connections would be intermittent until completed. Major apologies for the inconvenience.
