Pathetic service from SADV accounts department

This is now my 2nd bad review of SADV. And again it comes down to the accounts department. Is there anyone actuallt working at SADV. I cancelled my services with SADV in december 2021. Till today NO ONE bothers replying back. And i have been email numerous times since then.. SADV DO NOT DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACC as i have cancelled my services in advance. Pathethic service.
