Pathetic service

I've never experienced such bad service from a company. You guys push us to make payment for the service but after that, you give us is pathetic. I've been waiting for a call for installation till this day no one is coming back to me, the agent keeps on telling me that the address picking on your system Is incorrect. She has been requesting for this error to be rectified but nothing has been done. I've been calling. Emailing and no one is saying anything. You need to do better. May I get this thing resolved or refund my money ASAP Ref: VR-***
