Pathetic Service

I am probably bewitched by SADV for that fact that I stayed after extreme Two week delay last month and I stayed. Welcome to the next cycle and lo and behold they are giving me the run around once again. I am livid at the fact that each agent I speak with gives me different feedback. Daily I'm told the system this and that, escalated this and that 48 hour TAT is probably 48weeks or years! I have no internet connection and NOBODY can explain why the services has not been reactivated. I will definitely not be returning once this matter is resolved I don't care who says what.
