Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!
On Wednesday, 23 June @ 14h09 SADV was informed of the change personal details. On the same day, at 14h10 they acknowledged receipt bmo a 'Ticket Nr: SA011959. On the same day, 23 June SADV FIBRE was informed of the CANCELLATION of: 225 Cedar Lofts (Mrs MD Haefele - DECEASED). At 14h22 a reply to the above was sent indicating that a service agent will be in contact. On 24 June at 10h39 I was informed bmo an email that service request #SA011959 has been closed.
I am still waiting for the Service Agent to make contact.
