PATHETIC SERVICE

SADV VUMA gave me an easy pay number tyo use and payment done the 3rd Feb and service is still not active .Go on their online platform and they have been given me the run around one agent says its the wrong easypay number the other says i'm not you service provider ,the next says ive escalate the matter .WHO IS SADV VUMA VERY QUICK YO RESPOND ON INSTALLATION BUT HAVE A PROBLEM YOU ON YOUR OWN.Its not about the 400 its about rendering a service to your customers ,but to them its more about cashing in money then servicing their customers .I WANT MY LINE CONNECTED
