Pathetic service

This has to be the worst fibre service provider I have come across. They have been unable to switch me to debit order after they removed me from it without notification. Calling them is a distater as you are kept on hold for an hour before getting to someone. They seem to have only one staff member at a times hence such a long hold period. I spoke to a supervisor on Monday (Busisiwe) and was promised a call back within 48hrs, as it is, its now about 63hrs over the SLA i was given and still no word. Cancelling with them is as big a mission as getting a hold of them as they need to escalate everything but cant tell you how long the escalation will take.
