Pathetic Service
we placed an order to install fibre at our premises through Imagine. We called SADV numerous times during January 2019 and February 2019 and everyone we spoke informed us that the site will be live on 28th February 2019 and they'll contact to install. I called this morning 1st March 2019 to follow up and now they tell me oh its not live will only be 22nd March 2019 .. what !!!! So i try explain this to a consultant over the phone and they keep on making excuses. Seems this place is worse than telkom and I'm pretty sceptic now to actually sign up with them. I'll probably receive better service from telkom.

Our projects team would like to hand the site over to our operations team for scheduling, however, they are just not happy enough for the quality and spec in some areas. We were hoping to hand the site over but when analyzing the final checks that were done, we realized that if we take the site live, customers will have active services and then within a few months (if not weeks), they will be down for several days and we will have to repair as we go. We, therefore, took the decision to fix the site before we took it live. The build has been completed and we are currently busy with the last stages:

- Once that has been approved, we will analyse the documents from our subcontractors.
