Pathetic excuse for an ISP

Worst service ever. What a pathetic joke of an excuse of an ISP. I have made 35 phone calls, sent 3 emails and had 4 visits to my home yet still no fiber and very limited wifi coverage. When my connection actually does actually work a supposed 20 meg line operates at less than 1 meg yet make no mistake after begging and pleading for 3 weeks for a solution which I still dont have SADV take my money and charge me for a service that I dont have even after my attempts to contact them and resolve this no one comes back to me.
