Pathetic customer service

I have requested for installation since beginning of Feb, being sent back on forth, in the 20th I requested my refund till today I have not received my own money, been writing them on watsapp, Facebook with ticket number #SA420547 Noone is answering my query I had enough of pathetic services that Vumatel and Sadv are providing, CEO please refund my cash if you cannot render service I request
