Pathetic customer service
Your customer care is as good as useless. My internet service suddenly stopped this morning in the middle of a crucial meeting. It’s been off since then. Called your support service hotline 3 consecutive times, to a total of 72 minutes on hold. Absolutely pathetic service, also sent an e-mail SA054569.
