Pathetic company

I'm at my wit's end with this company. I cannot believe that I have to pay them come month end while I have not had any internet connectivity for 3 full days. I'm waiting to get hold of one of the call centre agents now for 30 minutes - a whole 30 minutes. I've logged calls, absolutely nothing. What a useless company.
