Pathetic company

I made enquiries about a few fibre packages and was contacted by an agent from this company. They took down all relevant information and proceeded to debit a reserved fee of R1700-00 on the 26th, until now nobody has bothered to come through and install.

I called numerous times yesterday trying to resolve this with complete fail. I went to the bank and they referred to this as a block debit where once completion of the service rendered will the money officially be taken out my account and I don't have access to these funds. I can reverse it but that will mean me giving them a reason of which they will investigate the account/ company that debited the account. If failure to resolve this takes place I will then be forced to take this further. I WANT INSTALLATION TO BE DONE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY. I am horrified at the professionalism from you guys. Worst part about it is that my profile is not even on your damn system.
