PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

We paid for the WIFI service on the 10 December 2024 however we did not have any connection. We contacted them to inform them however they did not help us. The said they logged a call for a technician to come out he only came on the 28 December with an attitude saying that he has been coming to the house and found no one. We asked why he came without calling, he didnt respond. Sadly we were also informed that we would not be reimbursed for all the days we lost of NO INTERNET. Meaning we paid for nothing and not getting any service. We tried requesting for a superior to asisst but NO ONE ever came back to us. Another frustration s having to only contact them on WHATSAPP AND NO DIRECT PHONE NUMBER. THEIR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND ARE VERY RUDE WHEN COMMUNICATING EVEN THEIR TECHNICIANS
