Pathetic!!!!

I am fedup with this useless company. You call and your calls don't get answered. You log tickets for 3 months and they dont get answered. I moved to a new house in December, you had to cancel my account and open a new account for the new address. Since then I've been paying 2 accounts and your useless Accounts Department can't seem to sort it out. The only people that seems to do their jobs are the technical team.
