PATHETHIC SERVICE

What a pathetic service provider by SADV , I have Fibre installed till this day its not working and all they do is to send the bills that I must pay ..this is really not fair and I am so annoyed by this , I have called SADV for weeks but still no response whatsover not even to come back to me ...this is really disguisting
